  Unfortunately I'm lactose intolerant so the deliciousness battles with my stomach but... I do splurge & suffer the consequences when the mula is at a flow. Love how WiFi is available that alone is a bonus!! When I described a flavor I wanted to try, the staff was very informative as to description & taste potency. I have never tried their tea selections yet, due to it always has been a coffee guru.

  Great convenient location! Wait time and price are a big factor why it is not more popular. They should have more specials so college students would feel better about pricing.

  You like slow service? You like getting a latte when you order a dry cappuccino? Then this is the perfect Starbucks for you. Absolutely terrible.

  Fairly standard small Starbucks. Some seating inside and some seating outside (which is nice when there is live music in Pullman Square on summer Thursday evenings). Staff has always been friendly and efficient when I've been there.

  I have been going to this Starbucks for the last five years, which means I've seen many generations of baristas and cashiers pass through, and pass on. And, well, considering it's Starbucks, and you're typically getting a cup of coffee rushed to you (with the quality being sacrificed because of the rushing), then what really matters in a review like this is a comment on the staff.
  
  This Starbucks, for the last year, has had something very off in team chemistry. The tension is evident when you go in. I mean, they're incredible at having online orders ready at the counter. And there's nothing to complain about in terms of the orders being made. But this is no where near that positive corporate vibe. It's been in this store before. But not lately.
  
  Of course, as I said above, there could be a new generation of baristas within six months. And this review will just seem out of date.
