- 3 / 5By Darrell HugueleyI'm an admitted BBQ snob. I try not to be, but being from Memphis I am accustomed to smoky, dense meat. Sauce is then added, and slaw, on a bun. Buddy's does not make a sandwich, and the sauce is cooked with the meat. You get it served like a school cafeteria, which is not very appetising.
Still, the flavour, such as it is, was not bad. The sides are unimaginative and generally flavourless. I gave three stars for the cheery wait staff.
